By combining nervous system regulation, mindful movement, breath awareness, posture, and guided conversation, it helps you tune into what your body is trying to communicate.

Meet Our Somatic Coach

Elena Rae

Elena is a holistic wellness practitioner with a background in Human Sciences and Early Childhood Education. Over the past 20 years, she has trained in The Safe and Sound Protocol, somatic yoga, meditation, nutrition, counseling, and transformational coaching.

She specializes in supporting the nervous system, emotional and relational healing, and building embodied resilience. Her approach combines evidence-based tools with intuitive guidance, always meeting clients where they are.

When she’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find Elena exploring New Zealand’s wild landscapes—or spending time with her lively family of beloved rescue pets.
